NCSkiClub IS VERY FOCUSED AND COMMITTED TO OFFERING A FULL COMPLEMENT OF TRIPS TO OUR MEMBERS FOR THE 2020-21 SKI SEASON!!

Here are some of the facts we know about bus transportation up to this time: Information courtesy of our Day Trip provider.

• Enhanced sanitation,
• Zero access to bathroom,
• Masks required by all,
• Up to 28 (1 per seat) with the protective gear in place,
• And as many as 42 Max if siblings or couples share a seat, while others remain single use.

The ski resorts will be open this winter, but we don’t know the health and safety protocols that will be mandated by the government. The Quebec Ski Resort Association is submitting a proposal to Santé Québec in August, and they hope to receive answers some time in September. The main issue is going to be the limits placed on capacity. On the slopes will not be a problem, and the lifts should be manageable, but the biggest area of concern will be the capacity of the lodges.

Members of the National Capital Ski Club get to participate in weekly Wednesday ski trips to the area's biggest ski resort - Mont Tremblant. The trip price below includes the cost of the Luxury Coach and the daily lift ticket and ALL applicable texes and Royalty.

There is only a slight increase in this season's prices.

The price at the hill last season was $124.35 (or $105 plus Royalty and taxes), so sit back, relax and let us do the driving. We have two pick up points - Ottawa and Gatineau and for your convenience, the bus makes a quick Dépanneur (grocery store) stop (in Brebeuf) on the way home.

Prices below are Adult prices. We also offer Youth and Child prices. Also a very important note; Tremblant has reinstated Senior 70+ rates. Please note: ALL PRICES INCLUDE ALL APPLICABLE TAXES AND ROYALTIES!

Sign-up for Day Trips will be done on-line. In order to sign up for a Day Trip you must be a member or register first (for Non-members & RA Ski Club participants) and in good standing.

To ensure you get a seat on the bus, join the Waitlist. The Waitlist is used to determine the number and size of buses we require and give priority to our Members. There is no cost to join the Waitlist and your credit card will NOT be charged.

A few days before the departure date (usually the Monday morning prior to the Day Trip) you will receive e-mail notification that you are registered for the Day Trip and an invoice. Click on the link to view the invoice and make payment (Visa and Mastercard, only on-line). Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

In Ottawa...

In Ottawa at Canadian Tire, 330 Coventry Road parking lot. Members are asked to park on the north east portion of the parking lot in front of the Canadian Tire store beside the Starbucks lot. Members must display their Parking Permits on the front dash of their vehicles--Parking Authority does patrol regularly during the day and the fine is around $70.00. Bus leaves Canadian Tire at 06:30 sharp and stops at the Versant Plaza at approx 06:45hrs. The bus returns at approx. 18:30-19:00 depending on weather and road conditions.

In Gatineau...

In Gatineau: At Carrefour du Versant, Montée Paiement and Greber Blvd, (Exit 145 off Hwy 50), in the plaza BESIDE the Pharmacie Familiprix (see map below). Please be waiting outside, as the bus does a quick stop only. Bus leaves Ottawa at 06:30 sharp and stops at the Versant Plaza at approx 06:45hrs.

Please Note: Some of our members are sensitive to strong scents. Please avoid wearing perfume or cologne or using strongly-scented laundry products when travelling on Day Trip buses.

• You must be a member or registered before you can sign up for a Day Trip.
• No Shows will be charged the 'bus only' fare.
• Cancellations can only be made on-line up to 2 days before the Day Trip.
• Refunds will not be issued. You will receive a credit which will be applied against your next purchase.
• If you have a credit balance at the end of the ski season, you can request a refund at that time or leave it to be applied next season.
• Children under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult
